*There is a band meeting tonight for parents whose child is joining band.  If your child can attend, that would be great.  I understand there is a volleyball tournament, and if you can't attend that is fine.

*Socktober continues throughout the month of October.  We are looking for new or gently used socks.  Just like the Food War, I would like this to come from the students, whether they give a few dollars to buy some socks or they take the time to go through drawers and find some gently used socks (with your permission).
